- he army crawls every where and is really fast at it. He gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth and has taken a few crawling "steps."
- he can push himself up to sitting, and likes to sit under his crib, in front of any electrical socket, and in front of the washing machine when its going (its a front load one so you can see it running haha)
- he eats solid food 2-3 times a day and likes everything (except for kiwi)
- he really likes those puff things too, but they mostly end up stuck to him, or in his high chair
- he loves it when I dance with him, and make crazy noises at him
- he screams, laughs, blows spit bubbles and hardly cries (only when he's tired)
- he can clap
- his favorite toys are his crocs, electrical cords, my phone and the remote.
I have flashes of when he was a baby sometimes and then I look at him and am amazed at all the things he can do. I am such a proud mom and think everything little thing about him is phenomenal. Sometimes I find myself comparing him to other babies, but have to remember that they all develop differently and reach milestones at different paces. I want him to be able to walk and run and play, but I dont want him to grow up so fast either!
Ya, being a mom has it's challenges. Some nights I don't get very much sleep (which has been most nights recently for some reason) and some days I just wish for an hour of alone time. I always expected it to be way worse though, so I am grateful for my sweet baby boy and how well tempered he his!
4 more months and he'll be 1! That's crazy!
